Attorney General Jackley’s Consumer Protection Division and South Dakota Retailers Association Team Up to Host Data Breach Webinar

PIERRE, S.D. – The Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Division and the South Dakota Retailers Association are hosting a Data Breach Webinar on Thursday, June 28, 2018, from 10-11 a.m. (CDT).
“The webinar will focus on South Dakota’s new data breach reporting law that will go in effect on July 1, 2018,” said Jackley. “The webinar will cover the steps that both businesses and individuals must take if a data breach has occurred.”
